Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. Your customers dial the same number as always. Calls you can't answer are forwarded to Pazira. We set the forwarding up with you on the setup call; it's a code you dial once, and you can switch it off any time.

Who sets it up?

We do. After you start, we book a 15-minute setup call, learn how your business works, set Pazira up and tune her until she sounds right. Most businesses are answering within a few days of that call.

Answers, takes the caller's name, number and what they need, checks your calendar and books a time if you've asked her to, then texts you a summary within seconds of the call ending.

Yes, into a Google Calendar you share with us, at the times you tell us you're free. If a slot is gone, she offers another.

What if a caller needs me urgently?

Tell us what counts as urgent. On Plan 249 and Custom, Pazira can put the call straight through to you. On every plan she texts you immediately.

The call goes to voicemail. The message is written out and texted to you, so nothing slips through.

How are minutes counted?

By the length of each answered call, rounded up to the next whole minute. About two minutes a call is typical, so 400 minutes is about 200 calls.

Pazira keeps answering that month at no extra charge. It's a one-time grace, up to twice your plan's minutes. From the next month you move to the plan that fits.

What does After-Hours cover?

Weekdays 5pm to 7am, plus weekends and public holidays. During your business hours the phone rings as normal.
