Using Pazira

Terms & Conditions

The terms for the Pazira website, the “Call me now” demo, the free trial and Pazira subscriptions. Pazira is a service of Ozthropic, an Australian-owned business.

Last updated · Privacy Policy

By using this website, the demo or a Pazira subscription, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

1. About these terms

These terms apply to the Pazira website, the “Call me now” demo, the 7-day free trial and every Pazira plan. “Pazira”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ozthropic, the Australian-owned business that builds and runs Pazira.

Add-ons and one-off projects are quoted separately in writing; where a written quote conflicts with these terms, the quote applies to that work.

2. What Pazira is

Pazira is an AI receptionist: software that answers calls to your business, takes details, books appointments and texts you a summary. Pazira is not a person, and callers who ask are told so.

Pazira can misunderstand or mishear. You remain responsible for your business, your customers and any appointment or promise made on your behalf, and for checking summaries when something matters.

3. The demo

The “Call me now” demo places one call to an Australian mobile you control. You confirm the number is yours and that you have read these terms. One demo per number per day and up to three codes a day; calls end after three minutes.

Demo calls are recorded and transcribed so we can check quality; recordings are kept for 12 months, then deleted. The demo is a taste of the service, not a promise of exactly how Pazira will answer for your business.

4. Not for emergencies

Pazira, the demo and our booking tools are not emergency services. In an emergency, call 000.

5. Your plan and your minutes

Each plan includes a set number of answered minutes a month, shown on the pricing page. Minutes are counted per answered call, rounded up to the next whole minute. Unused minutes do not carry over.

Where a plan says “24/7” it answers at all hours; After-Hours answers weekdays 5pm–7am, weekends and public holidays.

6. The grace month

The first time you go over your plan’s minutes in a month, Pazira keeps answering that month at no extra charge, up to twice your plan’s minutes. From the following month we move you to the plan that fits your use and tell you before we do. The grace applies once per customer.

7. Free trial and payment

New plans start with a 7-day free trial with a card on file; nothing is charged during the trial. After the trial your plan is charged in advance, monthly or yearly, and GST is added on the invoice. We text you two days before your first charge.

If a payment fails we retry and tell you; if it stays unpaid for 7 days we may pause Pazira until it is settled. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice; a change applies from your next renewal.

8. Cancelling

You can cancel any time, in two clicks, from your account. Pazira keeps answering until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund unused time on monthly or yearly plans, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires it.

We may end your service for misuse, non-payment or unlawful use, with notice where reasonable.

9. Always answered

If Pazira is ever unavailable, calls forwarded to her go to voicemail; the message is written out and texted to you. We aim for Pazira to be available at all times but cannot promise it; phone networks, our providers and your own phone service are outside our control.

10. Your responsibilities

  • Forward only numbers you are entitled to forward.
  • Give us accurate details about your business and keep them current.
  • Use Pazira lawfully and tell us what she must not do or say.
  • Where the law requires callers’ consent to recording or transcription, you are responsible for obtaining it for calls to your business; we can add a spoken notice on request.

11. Add-ons and one-off projects

Website care, Google Ads management, social content, Google profile work, human backup and one-off projects are described on the pricing page and confirmed by a written quote before work starts. Google Ads spend is paid to Google separately.

Human backup covers up to 20 backup calls a month; further calls are $2.95 + GST each and invoiced.

12. Changes to Pazira

We improve Pazira continuously and may change voices, providers, features and the way she answers, keeping to what your plan promises. We will tell you about changes that matter to your business.

13. Intellectual property

The Pazira name, website, design, text and software belong to or are licensed to Ozthropic. You may use them to evaluate and use the service. Your business information and your callers’ details remain yours.

14. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Where a guarantee cannot be excluded, these terms operate subject to it.

15. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business, arising from Pazira, the demo, a missed or misrecorded call, an unavailable service or an automated response. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and your callers’. It forms part of these terms.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia; the courts of New South Wales and applicable Commonwealth courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
